Mr. Jerry wanted to talk to the children, but found out that they were visiting the Museum of Dacian and Roman Civilization in Deva. He joined them and discovered many interesting things. The Museum of Dacian and Roman Civilization Deva is located at the foot of Deva Citadel, in the Magna Curia building or Bethlen Castle, as it is also known, established in 1882.
In the institution, there are sections that bring together three important areas, namely: history, art, and natural sciences. The museum in Deva hosts collections of archaeology, decorative art, ethnography, natural science collections, and a library. The children helped Mr. Jerry to explore every place in the museum, but they did not find any new clues.

Cine credeți că a furat acel exponat de valoare?
Who do you think stole that valuable exhibit?

Încă nu știu. Am doar o bănuială. Am găsit o bucățică de cașcaval.
Still do not know. I just have a hunch.I found a piece of cheese.

Vulpea e șireata. În povești fură mereu: găini, cașcaval.
The fox is sly. In stories they always steal: chickens, cheese.
Nu e vulpea. Deși a lăsat o bucata de cașcaval la locul faptei.
It's not the fox. Although he left a piece of cheese at the scene.

Un cățel ar fi furat doar un os de dinozaur.
A puppy would have just stolen a dinosaur bone.

Nu e un cățel. Nu s-au găsit urme de lăbuțe de cățel.
It's not a puppy. No dog paw prints were found.

Nu sunt convins.
I'm not convinced.
Poate e Zmeul Zmeilor? Dar el nu lasă urme.
Maybe it's the Zmeul Zmeilor? But he leaves no traces.

Este adevărat, copii. Voi pleca la un alt muzeu, despre care am auzit la știri.
La revedere, copii!
It's true, kids. I will go to another museum that I heard about in the news.
Goodbye, children!

Dl. Jerry, aici în muzeu nu sunt indicii. Mister Jerry, there are no clues here in the museum.

The children left Mr. Jerry at the Museum to search for more clues. They promised will keep in touch. Then, they returned to school.

Detective Jerry on the trail of Van Gogh's "Sunflowers"

After finding a note with an arena picture on it,
Mr Jerry arrived to Amsterdam and started
looking for clues. He found the thief's cheese on the floor
next to the door. The cheese pointed the way to the ‘Johan Cruyff Arena’. It is the main stadium of the Dutch capital Amsterdam and the home stadium of football club AFC Ajax. Built between 1993 and 1996 at a cost of €140 million, it is the largest stadium in the country. The stadium was known as the Amsterdam Arena until the 2019 when it was officially renamed in honour of Dutch footballer Johan Cruyf

Mr Jerry went to the basement and found a stolen painting. He wanted to take the painting to the museum, but Mr Mouse appeared and took the painting with him. When Mr Mouse left the basement, Mr Detective saw the plans and knew that the thief had a base in the museum at the Palace. So Mr went there
The Palace is the largest and most prestigious building from the 17th century, making it one of the most important monuments in the Netherlands. It was originally built not as a palace, but as Amsterdam's city hall.
At the heart of the building, the grandeur of the 17th century is still alive.
There you can see sculptures and paintings by famous artists - such as Rembrandt's disciples, Govert Flinck and Ferdinand Bol - tell the story of Amsterdam as the centre of the universe. These remain impressive to this day

White Tower

While wandering around , Mr. Jerry found another note on the floor.
White Tower

Mr. Jerry read the note and immediately understood that he had to travel to the capital of Macedonia, in Northern Greece. Mr. Jerry had visited the city of Thessaloniki many times as he used to spend his summer vacations nearby, on the beautiful beaches of Halkidiki in Northern Greece.

He knew that the White Tower was the characteristic monument of Thessaloniki and was the first place he visited.
As he stood in front of the White Tower, which now functions as a museum, a sudden gust of wind blew, and another yellow note flew right in front of his nose, pointing eastward,

..

towards the statue of Alexander the Great.
Mr. Jerry ran quickly so as not to miss it, and it landed right in front of the statue of the great Greek king of the ancient Macedonian kingdom, Alexander the Great.

He picked up the note, and a characteristic smell of
Greek feta cheese
tickled
his nose.
That was really strange and suspicious!! Wasn't it?

This building housed the Greek consulate general from 1893 to 1912.

He entered the Museum to see its most important exhibits which are: the weaponry,

the uniforms, the memorabilia, and the personal effects of the leaders of the Macedonian Struggle (1904–8), numerous other uniforms, and a collection of 1,350 contemporary photographs.

While entering the seventh room of the Museum he stepped on a small piece of a Greek hard yellow cheese named “Gruyere” and noticed another yellow note under it! He was right from the beginning! He knew it! He was getting closer to the thief and there was no doubt he would soon be arrested!

...

He picked up the yellow note, scratched his head and headed for the Trigoniou Tower in the city’s Byzantine walls.

When he arrived at the so called “balcony of Thessaloniki” he knew he was closer to the mysterious thief than ever.

The Trigoniou Tower is a great fortification project that was raised by the Turkish authorities after the occupation of Thessaloniki at 1430. Their purpose was to reinforce with an artillery tower, the sensitive point in which most invasions were accounted for. From this tower Mr. Jerry had a clear view of the whole city of Thessaloniki!
Suddenly…

Then, Mr Jerry visited the National Museum and was amazed when he saw the bones of prehistorical mammoth Kika. The old, dry, horse-powered mill was also very interesting.
He felt hungry, so he wanted to try cevapi with kajmak and onions at Ficok's fast food restaurant. For dessert he ate some pumpkin pie.
To his surprise...
